Couple of minor observations...

1. If he was under the influence of GHB he would not be bending down to tie his shoe - he would simply be falling on his face.

2. My guess is he is from Jersey and thinks he can dance..

3. The only people doing G in Miami were either from Toronto or with someone from Toronto.
