well 'sick' bassline seems to imply a different motive than like 'hot' bassline or 'huge bassline' so in terms of 'sickness' i really like:

Junk Science - Synaesthesia (PJ Davy Remix)
Terry Lee Brown Jr. - Chatterbox
Versa - Chanting Souls (Guy Gerber's Glowing Edges Remix)
Kraak & Smaak - No Sun In The Sky (Henrik Schwarz Remix)

hotness:
Kingpin Cartel - Ghetto (Original Mix)
Mr V - Jus Dance (Cosmic Ritual Dub)
Hipp-E - Make Me Rock
Soultourist & Foster - Working (Original Mix)
Soul Central - In Ten City
Milton Jackson - Rogue Element (Jimpster Remix)
Miguel Migs - Mesmerized (Alix Alvarez Dub)

many others

My opinion of the track notwithstanding, how is the same note repeated over and over again a "sick" bassline?
