Hey all. I've been a deejay in the EDM scene for quite a few years. I put these demos together a while ago using only vinyl. The first link is a 48 minute unedited demo of a live set I performed in the past. It's my favorite out of anything I've recorded to date. The mix get's progressively "darker" until going crazy at the end. It has a sci-fi/supernatural mood to it. The second link is to all of my currently posted mixes available to stream or download.

so far 15 mins into mix and i like it very dark and .... cant say dirty but i dig it not like your other mixes ! still good tho

I've never used strictly software before as I think it's kind of cheating, but I'm working out of town and only have my pc so today I'm going to try and fire off a mix that way. I'm a vinyl purist, but psytrance is rarely even pressed to vinyl so i have to give it a try. I have used cds in the past and that still requires a bit of skill, but the pc beatmatches for you... so i guess its strictly about track selection and good programming on this next one. Hopefully I can figure out this software and get it something new postd up tonight.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys. I'm glad everyone's enjoying it so far. I tried mixing the other day using only software. The mix was good, but when I replayed it to listen I noticed some glitches/skips in three spots. It was my first time using software so I will have to check the buffer and see what caused the malfunction... I miss my gear

New demo added today. Just click the link to my dj page on the 1st post of this thread and check out Exothermic Reactions. It's full on, acid driven psy and at about 30 minutes in the tracks become very vocal, guitar driven. Input welcome. Enjoy!!!
