Let's Send a Letter/Petition to Our Lawmakers!!!

You've probably already read the drug-crackdown thread posted in the Music Discussion forum:

Basically, the US government is trying to severely restrict raves and dance events. In California, for instance, anyone planning to organize a rave needs to get a government approval. In Congress, lawmakers are constantly passing bills that criminalize posession of soft drugs as well as music events that MIGHT involve their use (even without the knowledge of the person(s) behind the event).

So, what can WE do? We can contact our local representatives and let them know about our firm opposition to "rave laws." We can send a letter, or petition, to Congress. What do you think?

I think thats a great idea. It should be done in bulk too, I want their offices to be constantly sent letters until they get sick of it!!!!

There already is one...You can sign it on the web...I did like a long time ago...Hmmm I'll look for it =)
