hello guys i dont know if its me but i have been TRYIN to spin trance for a couple of months and have been struggling with this beat matching thing i love spinning but ive hit a wall any pointers

you can get two of the same track and try to match them...a lot of people start that way (although I didn't).

my pointers would be touching the vinyl as LITTLE as possible when making adjustments. use the spindel (sp?) aka nipple for minor adjustments and the pitch control.

what tables do you have? some brands aren't that reliable and can't hold their pitch, thus constant needing of adjustments.

check out some of the stickies in that section...anything you've ever wondered about mixing has been discussed in there...

do a search...if you have trouble with the search...make sure you're putting a date in there...
