I've updated this with a new link for download, the vocal was a bit loud in the last vers and this one is better for listening.
Comments as I listen:
Very solid intro, great quality on the samples and nice effects. The effects on the vocal bother me though.
First synth is nice, effects again are very top notch.
Holy cow, do not like that vocal.
But it sounds a bit better in the break.
Still don't like it though
Bassline is very funky!
All in all: very nice track
I'll look out for future stuff from you.

listening....
don't like the kick that much...nice intro, like the vocals
bassline is cool, groovy
not that much percussion in there, but sounds good
gets a bit boring after a while, but maybe that's just me
good mixdown, sounds really clean.
listening...
1:30 - neat
vocals work well...
the wierd vox thing(sounds like a low moaning male thingy)...duno how to describe it, but you hear it throughout the song...doesnt work for me...
2:44 - breakdown...
panned beat?
so it kinda builds a little fast, sounds rushed...stretch out that build some, i think it would make it more powerful.
also, before the break, you dont really have a big boomy bass like you do after the break.
could use some more vaiation and stuff overall...good start.
these are just some little things that jumped out at me. pce on.
i agree the breakdown needs to be a bit longer... there are over 4 basslines in this track, do you think its too much? you say it needs mroe variation is that just because the sidechain is for too long? maybe a high string?
thanks for the advice guys
4 basslines...do you mean 4 bass synths? after the breakdown the bass is a little overwhelming...
it's just awkward because in the first half of the track you have a different bass level than you do after.
i dont think the sidechain has anything to do with it really...but it just needs to take a turn somewhere...then bring back the first motif...
ABA form...
cool anyone else?
