Sounds very nice!

Back when I was working on a Airbase - Roots remix (didn't finish it) I was thinking it would be great to have a remix with just that melody, but I decided to do something different. So, it's great to now hear such a remix!

I think it sounds awesome, great work! I only think it would be nice to have a part with that melody on the beat, but maybe that's just not in this sample

Would love to spin this remix!

Thanks! :)

That melody isn't on the beat, only on the breakbeat part.

Sounds pretty damn good. The only thing I'd say is maybe that break is a bit too long. I kept waiting for the beat to come back in, but that is a very, very minor criticism. The production quality is top notch! Good job.

As others have already said, the quality is top notch. I'm picky about kicks as IMO they are one of the most important elements when I listen to a track and yours is great. I don't really have any criticisms. Keep it up!

Thank you. :)
It's nice to get such a good feedback as this is one of my first productions.

I have to disagree with Magnus slightly and state the I think the weakest point is the kick. It's getting swamped in a load of other frequencies and does not cut through the mix enough.

I actually think that you have obtained a base for a nice sounding mix but would definately encourage you to take another look at your EQing, if you find that you are ok with that then take a look at your panning as this may assist.

In terms of structure the break is far too long, if you are going to keep people hanging on for that long it really has to be worth their while to wait and this track doesn't kick off enough once it resumes to justify the wait.

That said, I still think this is a top piece of work especially for a guy who has just started producing.

All the best my friend.

Thanks for the feedback! Good to get some criticism too. :)

Yes, the kick would be better. Maybe I'll change it.

About the break, I'm quite happy about it and don't think it's too long. The main melody goes through once.
