really wanna know the name of this track!

I had downloaded a really cool song a while ago, but had some of my cd-s stolen Maybe someone knows it?

Its mostly instrumental, in some parts a man is singing:
My brothers and sisters.. we get together.. good people standing up together, good people rising up together, one nation, one vibe..
And it makes me wanna say, that I can feel the love

I really wanna have the song again.. help pls. Thanx
