help me decide.. PC or Tint
Near the end of May, I need to have a decision between these 2 options...
buy a new PC
-which would help me produce, cuz I'm currently limited by my crud PC
-would speed up my computer use and lessen the hours I spend in from of it
-make me feel good & geeky
OR
buy a tint-job for my car
-would make my black Mazda Protege look super shexy
-would be excellent for the coming hot summer months
-would make me feel good, shexy and cool (temperature-cool as well)
Your vote is greatly appreciated.
If you know of a better way to spend the ~$600-$700 CDN, do post it up!
Since when is tint 700$? I had it done a couple of years ago, for like 250-300 tops. Get the tint, it'll pay off in the summer time.
definitely go with the tint.
i had mine done at tint king a few years ago and havent had a problem at all and its one of the best purchases for my car. i even had them tint a sunvisor on my windshield.
lifetime warranty too.
Don't tint.
It can bubble, turn purple, brings undue attention to your car, doesn't make it any cooler (temperature wise) cost more money than it should.
I am so much happier that on my Acura I did not tint the windows, and after working in a detail shop that did tints, I have realised that skill and good craftsmanship are crucial to getting a good tint; two skills most tinter's don't have.
id say tint is a waste of money
buy a computer

Getting a new PC is definitely more practical.
Just tint your old computer

I say PC - but I don't really care about cars. Plus, it seems like the PC would of more use to you.
tint is not gonna cost you more than 150$ if your paying more your getting ripped off.

| Originally posted by chinamon that really depends on where you go sure, you can get your windows tinted for $99 if you call that number on the sign thats on the side of the road but you wont get good quality tint (which usually start peeling and fading). diamond brand tint is high quality and is what i have and cost me $200 with lifetime warranty. when a shop is confident enough to give you a lifetime warranty then you know they will do a good job and use good product. |
the nerd within says get the computer!
You're a tint!!!
