anyone know why i can't renew my IP address on my router?
its the stupidest thing. it worked yesterday. wake up...broken.
the 192.168 adress?
http://192.168.1.1
restore factory defaults
reset button on the back of router
press repair on the network connections icon in your task bar
do you have a WRT54G by any chance?
no i'm talking about my ISP IP.
(no i have wrt300n)

Sounds like you used up all your IPs. You need to go to Linksys website to purchase additional IPs.

wait did you subscribe to dynamic or static ip address with your internet company? has your ip address changed before? i think there should be an option on your modem (connect directly to your modem, and use the address 192 dot 168 dot 0 dot 1), and there should be an option to reset your modem?

For us to help we really need more info, particularly if is it a static (always the same) or dynamic IP that has been assigned by your ISP. I too have the 300n and have no issues with my static IP.
