RaVeRSurGe moving to Boston to attend Boston University Medical School
Dear T.A. friends,
For those of you who know me (i havent gone out much in the past year or so) - I suppose primarily those who have attended Vic's loft parties, the days of Arc & Roxy in 2003 and '04...
I am finishing Brooklyn College with a B.S. in biology and B.A. in chemistry this year. I have been accepted to a number of medical schools and am choosing to attend Boston University School of Medicine from August 2007 - June 2011 (maybe an extra year or so for some research), and perhaps will reside in Boston to do residency or maybe come back to NYC - we'll see.
Just wanted to say my farewells for now. I will be coming back to NYC every so often - my family and close friends are here; however, I will be a Boston T.A. for the next four years and am looking forward to frequenting Axis, Avalon Boston, and Rise (even though its a 2 a.m. city & club curfew =P )
NYC has been a tremendous experience. I have shared some great moments with some amazing people within the past years: jay (hikotori), chris luzz (s0t), eyesofexctacy/now euphoria, enigmaT, kidnyce & phoenixBEBE, bryan (vtecjunkie), big Mike, indy, bree (sunshine), danax, shamez, flyboy, sandstorm, vlad, trunks, serge (bxnemo), PVDobsession, southbound, old high school buddy alisa (missbliss) & her boyfriend fr0st, mets4012, steve neil ... lol i love this man!, and best friend "yan"....
i love all of you guys. I've had some of the best times of my life at roxy, spirit, crobar, arc, avalon (not so much), random warehouses, club shelter, etc etc etc. NYTA represent! i've always went by the alias "RaVeRSurGe" on these forums (got deleted a while back). I wanted to say thanks for the memories!!!!! Its been a blast.
also - was nice seeing some of you at club "T" for some talla2xlc and victor dinaire few weeks ago.

good luck man with med school man. I have all the respect in the world for anyone involved with healthcare from my work experience here in the hospital and family involvement in the profession.

Finally made your decision! Congrats dude. I definitely would have gone with BU in your place. Also, now I have a great reason to come up to Boston events (along with a place to stay, right? )

Big up meng congrats at least we have another person thats going into the medical world to help treat our sorry asses in 15yrs down the road (once u get experience tho hehehehe) an for the last time meng it H-I-T- O-K-I-R-Ihopefully i can catch u before u depart (an just remembebr since ur up there might as well rock a yanks shirt well at least do it for me )
