The New World theme

Hey guys,

I'm sorry I don't post here that often anymore as I used to...

I recently made a tune that holds a part of the theme of the great movie 'The New World'. I decided to make this one directly available to everyone who wants to have a listen:

Van Gelder - We Are One (The New World) (right click, save as)

I made it under my 'Van Gelder' alias, which means it'll be quite stompin'/upliftin'... So I hope you'll like it

Cheers,
Wim

Weeeee Wim is back Welcome Back

Thanks alot for sharing a new track with us. Will listen to it and tell how I think it was later.

I always love your stuff no matter it's under your Icone alias, or Van Gelder

I'm wondering when Icone - The Touch Of Summer/The Clearing will be out on normal Digital Sites like AudioJelly, Beatport, Etc?

I know the Original Mixes been out for a while on some unknown stores. But I heard something about this one will be released with 1 Mix for The Touch Of Summer, and 1 for The Clearing? Is that right.

Have you changed your Msn adress? I had you on Msn for around 2 years ago, We used to talk alot, but I never seen you there more lately.

Sad we lost the contact. Feel free to add me to your Msn again if you like to: You Find my E-Mail in my profile.

Good luck with your coming productions

Have a great Sunday Wim

Best & Kindest Regards Espen.

Very good track. Well produced, interesting arrangement, flows well. Can't say enough good things about it. Great Job.

Thanks!

I am (and probably will stay) a fan of those claps heh

I am still using FL Studio yes... Can't do without it. Wish I also still had more time for music though.

About 'The Touch Of Summer' and 'The Clearing'; I'm not sure if they will be on Audiojelly or other. Currently, you can find them on http://www.trackitdown.net, still also a pretty big online shop.

Wim.

The claps work for me. Not a bad track, I like the bass line. I felt the ambient background sound needed more sparkle. Or maybe change the octave? I dont know, still good track! Thanks!

Hey!

Do you mean the kind of 'blubbery' effect? Or which one?

Boring track, always the same presets & synth sounds in your tracks. Hope you will do something different sometime because you are talanted for sure.

Heya Wim,

Long time no see!

Will give this support as always.
I'm due to do a Radio show in Argentina in a week(Will provide link to show when it's done) and was wondering if you had any issues with this being played on the air?

In my opinion you can keep the claps and everything else that you do, as far as I see it you are one of the only producers still out there making quality playable dancefloor trance. Something a lot of others could learn from you.

Good job!!!

Cheers
Karl
