you guys don't know what ASOT is? It's A State of Trance which is Armins's radio show. It's on the 17th in the Netherlands. When he has milestone shows he puts together sick lineups.

The lineup on the 17th includes Armin, Markus Schulz, Aly & Fila, Sean Tyas, Menno De Long and Marcel Woods.

Then the after party is Armin and Ferry or Armin and Markus depending on which venue you go to.

but hey......make fun of what you don't know of.

i would go if it was an indoor event. Armin is playing in 3 different places on May 17th. ASOT 300, the afterparty, and at Heineken Music Hall (amnesty international event) w/ Ferry Corsten, Marco V, Marcel Woods, Emjay, Luna, Dana.

So strange to see Marcel Woods on the lineup.

it is very intersting how when someone new posts a topic about asot people start making fun of him and talk about cheese, while a few rows below armin in NYC has more than 20 pages of reviews.

some of us also think the 20 pages of armin is full of cheese too

it is all a matter of taste. People who listen to harder stuff shouldnt consider everything else to be cheesy and themselves - people who understand music better, which is def the case abound here

Guess you didn't get the memo on OPINIONS.

Honestly, now.

that doesnt make more sense than your first post in this topic.

if you DID GET the memo on opinions, then i dont understand why you talk to me about it. I was just sharing my opinion

This entire thread seems to be going over your head a bit.

Firstly, I'm a big Armin fan. I've been one since 2002 (when, I've gotta say, the music and the scene was a whole lot better). I started listening to ASOT sometime when the episodes were in the 8Xs.

Secondly, this post that you made kind of makes it seem like you DON'T know what an opinion is:

Probably the best thing you've posted in this thread. If only you had continued along this path...

Where are you getting that the users that listen to harder stuff find "everything else" cheesy? Along that line of thought, wouldn't it be going AGAINST their OPINIONS if you're telling them to not favor their harder tunes.

Now, if you had added ',in general,' after "shouldnt", that would have made your post flow and sound less forceful.

Not really sure where you're going with this. I actually don't understand what you mean.

And finally, take a chill pill, dude.

No. I am, however, a well-versed, English-speaking, foreign-born resident of the United States.

Can someone else explain what you were trying to say because I don't think you, yourself, know, seeing as how you don't even want to expound on what you meant.

Where am I taking it, Mr. Boian? I was trying to prove a point. I think you did a good job of that.

I suggest you read through what you wrote once more. Sometimes one should take their own advice before dishing it out to others.

O...kay? I will, I guess.

Don't care if you care whether I'm an Armin fan or not. Felt like letting you know. So now you do. And you can't rid it of your mind for the time being. So you lose.

I can't deny this fact. The problem here is, I never stated that you took the thread off topic.

Dudes. I fucking love drama. Making it. Partaking in it.

if that was the case you would have rearranged this sentence to make it flow better.

No. However, I am a well-versed, English-speaking, foreign-born resident of the United States.
