your day after routine
whats your routine for recovering from the dreary mud-like underbelly of conciousness the day after smoking/drinking too much?
mine is:
food
shower
multi-vitamin
cigarette
red bull
drink about 4 glasses of water immediately
brush teeth
lie down & watch sportscenter
repeat as necessary
shower (bath in extreme cases)
do something else relaxing
eat once capable (usually a good number of hours later)...something substantial.
-stumble out of bed
-bathroom
-get glass of water
-back to bed
-get up when hungry
-eat
-crash on couch and watch movies
Except today I had a soccer game, worst thing ever after a hard night of partying.

water/other type of liquid
go back to sleep

cup o noodles
go back to sleep
wake up
try to sleep again
get up and take a shower
sit
go back to sleep
wake up in the afternoon

lol! glad to see im not the only one who lovees the sleep.
i usually go home, eat a shit ton of junk food, then drink 2 glasses of water + take some vitamin c. after that I sleep, wake up four hours later, kind of lay there and moan, drink more water, then go back to bed for another few hours. then i wake up and mourn the death of millions of brave neurons that sacrificed their lives the previous evening.
smoke weed, nasuea goes away. Relax for the day.
1) Wake up, promise to God I'll never drink again.
2) Drink to cure hangover.

the 4S routine (4th s is a reach pun intended!)
1. Shit.
2. Shower.
3. Shave.
4. Scrub (teeth).
drinking prune juice in copious amounts helps 1 and you feel sooo much better.
then since i get no sleep and wake up early when i drink I let myself get cold and dont eat or drink for a bit.
Then I drink some tea, eat some food, and wrap up in 4 comforters and pass out for a few hours. I wake up tired and just wanting to go to bed, but not hung over. Then its just waiting out the day and working out the next.
I forgot to add
-head in toilet if needed.
Sleep.
Take advil.
Drink lots of water.
Shower if I ever make it out of bed.
Eat something when I feel like I wont puke it up.
Whine a little bit.
Repeat.
-Wake up and stretch out in bed; roll around a little with pillows all around me (I love pillows especially when all cold)
-Bathroom
-Breakfast and OJ especially (and OJ and/or water when coming home before crashing)
-Chilling in bed, or just computer, or read a magazine
-Finally watch new episode of ENTOURAGE
-Bed
*This schedule varies but a lot of times it is like that or similar
if i drink until 4, i usually just sleep until 8 or so. hangovers are not an issue that often, but it happens. last time, i took up the fine art of vomiting, and got rid of everything, and felt fine afterwards. don't eat.. puke.
Beer.
Beer
4 Ginseng
4 Guarana
...washed down with gatorade.......wait 'till it all mixes
....ready to go again.....
-wake up
-look around in confusion, identifying where I am
-drink water
-if hungover, smoke a bowl if possible, then shower
-if groggy/burnt out, just shower
-Shower
-Keep doing blow until I get off work.
I start by promising myself not to do that again ever...
-Upperdeck Wiziniz's toilet
-Orbax's 4S routine
-Drink lots of cold, cold, cold water
-Eat a bagel or something
-Couch
ill upperdeck your bathtub 
Sex
i pray to god that if he makes my hangover go away that i'll never do it again.
