Mid 90's Breaks,House track (some Lyrics Only)

Please ID mid to late 90"s chilled breaks track with lyrics something like

"I keep running around the coastline captured by the ocean'
something,something,etc.(female vocals)

Those early days are somewhat of a blur and this earworm has driven me insane.Please Help!Sorry no sample.

It could also be "I keep running around the ocean captured by the moment" or something to that effect

Maybe just a Florida Breaks underground hit?
