I haven't seen a roll call for this one. Is anyone going? I might bring some EDM newbies and try to convert them, so I'm hoping for a good atmosphere. Junkie XL rocked it at House of Blues last year, so lets hope its just as good.

I would love to go to this, but I can't make the drive from miami and then to gville afterwards in one night and don't want to pay for a hotel... oh well. I still have luke fair to look forwards to.

Oh, and you haven't seen a thread about this cause FLTA's suck.

Junkie is worth going to, he puts on a good show. Most of the FLTA's are euphoric trance lovers so u won't really catch them there.

Just got home from the show and I gotta say that Junkie XL killed it as always. I didn't get to Icon till 12:35am (15 min after he started, damn culinary hours lol), but the place was def feeling the music when I arrived. There was plenty of woohoo's and claps throughout the night as Junkie showed his trademark remixes, jumpkicks and motions all night long. The crowd was going wild throughout the set. Some tunes I can ID were "Today", "Beauty Never Fades" and "Talk". Overall def a great night. Thanks to Junkie for chatting after the show too. Hope everyone else enjoyed it as well.

Just got back. 5:00 AM, driving an hour and a half back east to Melbourne.

Junkie XL never fuckin fails man. Even though I've only seen him once last year at House of Blues (Orlando), this guy knows how to throw it down. His tracks, his energy, I have only seen from a few others (Sander K is the only other that comes to mind). Since I saw him last year, I've turned more towards house music, but tonight was great. He played all kinds of shit, and I've never danced harder.

He's so fuckin friendly too. Chatted and took several pics with him before he went on, and again after he finished. I told him straight up, "I know you do music production for movies, and remix work, but seriously, your DJing is a lot better then guys like Tiesto, and PvD, who demand alot more money, and you deserve to get paid more for your efforts." I think he heard me out too.

Anyways, I'm ready to crash, meeting tomorrow.

I got a flyer from there for Global Underground 32 - Adam Freeland - Mexico City, North American Tour @ Zinc Bar on May 22nd. I've never heard of him (yeah I'm still an EDM newb), but if he's on GU, hes gotta be decent. As long as he doesn't play minimal/electro shit for 4 hours straight, I'll be there.

Also, Rabbit on the Moon is at House of Blues again on 07-07-07. Someone at the club told me they got a brand new show their puttin on too.

Fuck I gotta sleep.
