Oh man, I feel for you!! I just got back from spending a year there smoking what "they" call weed It does the trick, but it has nothing on what's here, especially BC.
You'll find some good stuff the odd time though. And they charge ya an arm and a leg there too, $90/Quarter is a joke! I also noticed that they love to roll with tobacco too. They say it saves their weed.. but I think they use it to get that little extra high from it. Everytime I rolled one, I had people shocked that I didn't put tobacco in it.

Where in Oz are ya?

I know strange question, but it reminded me of this great weed my friend got from canada.

In my college dorm this kid was a HUGE dealer of everything under the earth, and I once smoked with him. He said it was called Quebec gold and he got it from (obviously) Quebec. I took ONE hit and have NEVER been so high in my goddamn life. My other gf who smokes for breakfast, lunch and dinner said ti was the best shit she had ever had, and also only took one hit.

In Montreal, that was the norm... I guess the habbit there came from hash, which was more readily available than weed there.
