Nope. It's an abandoned industrial sight on the water, just next to 695 (southern loop). You def want to bring a car or catch a ride with somebody.

no, there are plenty of hotels to crash in. None right next to the event, but about 5 minutes or so away. BWI airport is only 10 minutes away as well. PM me and I will set you up with a few places and then just cab it to the event

Starscape is defintiely worth going up to. I have been every year and it is so much fun.
