that's awesome! My mom really sucks. So, my one goal in life is too be a way better mom and for my kids to have a happy safe life. If I can do that one thing in life.....I will die a happy woman. I don't need nice things, money, cars, etc....I just wanna be a good mom. That's it...I'm simple like that.

it was a gret day. they made me breakfast and all kinds of cards and stuff. Im am lucky to have my kids! thanks Lyss

I didnt have to cook clean or anything. We went out for lunch and ordered dinner in. My lil one made me all kids of cute gifts at school and from the hubby I got a set of earings with a matching bracelet.

haha....that was probably before they were mothers (obviously unless they have multiple children). Now that they are mothers things can change.

aww that sounds so cute! haha what a great day that must have been!

Anyway, Sunday spent some quality time with mom...took her out to Bryant Park Grill for a leisurely outdoor brunch then we spent the rest of the day in Central Park, walking around. i took madd pics. it was SUCH a gorgeous day to be out...totally renewed my love for being outdoors in nyc (which i have NOT been doing cuz the nightlife totally makes me oversleep and then i MISS OUT on the peak hours of the day makes me mad to think about it )

she also received a call and a gift basket from my sister who just moved to San Diego...then Drew surprised her with a bouquet of flowers at the end of the day when he came to take me home, unexpected and MADD SWEET. i was glad she was happy.
