unlocked iphones...?
i know cingular will be the runner for the iphones
but is there any remote way to unlock it and go to another provider?
for instance, since itll be gsm and sim card supported...unlock it and use it in mexico with a mexican sim card?
any concrete answers will help not to buy it without knowing if it isnt capable of said thing.
btw, whats the exact date of june for its release?
released in august, 15th of august..... its preatty easy to unlock the phone, the code has been out for a couple of weeks, u have to dial 911 and then slam the phone on the floor. good luck

ya so im gonna cancel my nextel plan and need to find a new phone company!
anybod have any recommendations, a plan package that comes with a phone would be great and lots of text messaging
You can unlock it, but chances are you will be losing some of the functionality...
whether major or minor it's uncertain... but probably not worth it
Buttons please.
There are better phones.
Look into the Motorola ROKR E6 if you fancy the iPhone.

it does but think about droping that thing by accident or sliding off your chair or something like that when you leavei t somewhere, simply things like that will get broken and will break fast and after that what ? pay full price to replace something when you could get brand new one for some price
