This project is finally complete. Some of you may have already heard pieces of it but this is the final product. This was mixed live with one take; the edits were done prior to recording the set. Please feel free to download and comment here with your thoughts
If anyone wants a free lesson in how to play this kind of techno, download this set.
Perfect flow, perfect programming, perfectly chilled out.
This was excellent Mathias, and especially interesting in comparison to "Amalgamate," as I think you were kind of just beginning to dabble in the more technical side of mixing with that one, whereas on this one it really appears as though you've come into your own stylistically, embraced what you're doing, and completely nailed it.
Reminded me very much of hearing Jon Patterson open for Sven Vath a couple weeks back - just an exceptional sense of what to play when, and how to layer all these somewhat minimal elements into a very lush and full sounding mix.
Great work brotha. A+ ![]()
