vestax dph-x1 & dwg-x1

does anyone have any experience on these two "effect" units. i'm kinda interested in both (as i could get either one rather cheap), but i don't really know what you could do with them. so if anyone has any info on these or better yet sound samples of them in use, i'd like to know.
the other one is a phaser and other one a filter (afaik). i'm such a n00b when it comes to effects so any help would be appreciated.

I don't know much about these particular efx units but I would choose filters (ie - HPF, BBF and LPF) anyday over any other effect.

There's so much you can do with filters that really enhance your mixing style especially if you can assign a filter to each channel.

This is why I chose a Xone92 over the Ecler Nuo5

i'd get a xone:92 rotary immediately if i could afford one and could justify the purchase. doesn't the xone:92 have and lfo too? that's what the other unit is all about afaik.

Yes it does have LFO but I hardly ever touch it as I'm still trying to master the filters on their own ATM.

Only had it a couple of months you see
