im wondering how you create this bass from jonh askews remix of until monday i thught it was an offbeat bassline like he normally does but it doesnt sound like it.

anyone know what the pattern is and how to create it?

think its just ur standard off beat bassline with the 2nd and 4th notes moved back if you what i mean??? 2nd and 4th notes may be slightly longer too, not sure tho

Actually I think for the most part it's the following:

K - - - K - - - K - - - K - - - KICK

- B - B - - B - - B - B - - B - BASS

It does have a flair part where it seems the bass has a quick extra stab somewhere but you ca either work that out yourself or come up with a new riff while experimenting.
