what happened was that on sunday some guy left the store with a Plasma that wasn't paid for. The way he left the store i thought was kinda shady so i found out if the tv was missing or not. I let management know as well. so you think i didnt do anything wrong right? well i go into work today and i have a "meeting" with my supervisor and my managaer. he lets me know that the tv was missing and the way he made it sound, he made it sound like it was my fault for it missing. For one i know how LP works and i had no right to stop him, i did not see him to anything wrong. The customer also has the right to deny a reciept verification. I knew this and i knew i couldn't further hassle him about his reciept. Also a laptop went missing a few weeks back. It was also somehow my fault because my counts were off on the count of the laptops thus making it missing my fault. Okay stupid right?

oh yea, the manager also said QUOTING HIM EXACTLY , "I don't care about the five steps, you should've gotten the merchandise back."

can you spell lawsuit?

to cap it off i was late 20 minutes to work today. that was my fault understandable but to get fired? i wasn't really fire but this is how they put it. They said i would be on my final warning (mind you i had NO warning in before and today was the first time i heard about the issue with the laptop) they also let me know that i could voluntaryily quit and that when someone goes on their final warning, they "don't last"

Bullshit right? so i "quit"

i recieved a call from the District HR person and i told her what happened and she things it was handled completely wrong.

we'll see what happens but i am not working there even if the job is offered to me. try to give me a fucking ultimatum fuck them.

thats wack. i used to work at compusa a couple years back and i was getting written up for something and suspended (Which was my fault but watever). so im like ok, whatever, and then when i came back, i guess the manager tricked me into getting written up again, he said i had to sign anotehr paper upon my return so i did it, and then that was 2 write ups, and when i found out, i quit. fuck retail work dude.

2 years ago a guy tried to steal a Bose Lifestyle system, he ran out and my friend chased after him. I couldn't let him go alone so there I go running. An off duty cop spots us running down the guy and he jumps in the chase. The guy runs across the street and tries to carjack a family, we pulled him out of the van and pinned him down on his stomach. The guy then tries to reach back and grab my so I grab his wrist and push my knee into his shoulder and SNAP goes his arm.

I know we can't chase people down but my friend ran first and there was no way I could let him try to take down such a big guy alone so I had to back him up. Needless to say the guy sued the company and lost because the police officer testified that we stopped him from carjacking a van with 3 children inside.
