It depends on a few different things, such as how many copies of your mix you plan to sell, what song etc. Go to this site for more info.

In sweden (STIM is the name of the organisation that handles this), it costs 9.009 percent of the price per ex of the record if you sell it to a store or retailer, where the minimum price is 5,15 SEK and it contains 24 protected works, 48 fragments or 80 minutes of playtime, and you're printing it on a CD.

Don't bother asking where the .009 percent comes from, I've no idea. And who the hell sells a record for 5.15 SEK? you can't even get a candy bar for that price (It's 0.76 USD)
