Got my EDM Fix Thursday Night in San Jose

Just got back from Angels in San Jose to check out AndrewMD and the AddictedSF crew. Kudos to Andrew who rocked the house with some jumping prog house and electro.

I got to admit that I felt weird being at Angels Thursday night because that was my first time there, ever as Angels. That club used to be my Thursday night hangout when it was "FX". Yes, you read that right "FX" not "Usual". Many of you may remember that club being the "Usual" but it was "FX" b4 it became the "Usual". So I'm talking late 80's - early 90's here. I told you guys I'm Jurassic They also used to play "house" there those days.

Anyway, the night started slow. Jinny and I got there and there were more bouncers than guest. This was about 11pm. I thought it was going to be a slow night but when midnight struck, the place was decently packed. Andrew got everyone jumping eventhough I saw a couple of girls come up to him requesting HipHop .

Just got back from a good night at Angels and it's so refreshing to get back to my pad after only listening to two tracks driving my truck. Great night to start the weekend. Maybe, we can do this every thursday night now at Angels.

good to hear it was good. i almost went but after a long day of work and then class I just wanted to chill at home.

next thrusday is my last final so maybe i can go then. cyber joe is playing next thrusday right?
