SaturDAY, June 9th - UNDER THE BRIDGE (Block Party) - FREE

UNDER THE BRIDGE (Block Party)

Almost exactly 10 years ago Jack Productions threw it's first event. In
celebration of this, we're putting together a vison that was conceived
about two years ago. That vision was a block party under the 3rd Ave
Bridge (Bronx, NYC). You probably heard us talk about it, but now it is officially
happening.

Please join us in a day (and night) of proper music. During the day we'll
have three areas outside. Between the 3 outdoor stages and indoor
afterparty there are 30+ quality dj's (local & headliners) from NYC, RI,
Boston, and Philly. We are expecting a huge turnout, as our response is
great already! The one area gives respect and praise to dance music of old
and classic. Since this will be in the Boogie Down, Old's Cool Hip Hop
and Freestyle will be in full effect!! The main area will be "the music
of the future" so to speak. Techno and the like will be a large player in
this because there is no better a place to hear those pounding beats!!
The third area will be made up of Break Beats and House. Later on we
will bring the party inside the Bruckner Bar and keep it hoppin' with a
mashup of styles and sounds.

We plan on having booths setup for food, drink, clothing sales and
information & awareness about our music community as well as our local
community. If you want to have a booth please reply or contact us at:
[email protected]

We invite you to experience this day with us and celebrate music &
communial unity. Welcome to the next chapter. This is the trip..

btw:
The full lineup will be released by this weekend. Stay tuned and get on the E-mail list so you don't miss the details for this event!! [email protected]

It's not up to the mayor exactly on this one. We've been dealing with the Bronx politians, community board and the local area presinct.

The event will be under the 3rd Ave Bridge (on the Bronx side). E-mail me to get on the list for all details that will come for this and our many other events this Summer. [email protected]

Been to the event and must say, that it was really cool! Loved it, even though the last area deserved more people since it had the best music imo...
