Progressive Dancing at a rave

so im really interested into learning how to dance like those cool dancers at the guv :P you know those ones that you can tell go every weekend cuz they can dance to any type of melody.....and I wanna learn how to dance like em more....can someone post more vids like this ...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IvHuQrMVAcw
Ive seen them before and in real life looks great....please no spongebob vids of melobrne shuffle....just ones like this style....thanks

To be honest, I find that way of dancing sucks..I've seen people dance like that and they look ridiculous..
