Strangely, I get a private message from them saying something like "you should come because we are playing in trenton, and it MUST be close to nyc because thats where we are flying into."

Just got the message this morning so it sounds like its still on and poppin!

I would def come if the A&B tickets werent purchased and it wasnt in scary ass jersey.

^^no idea girlfriend, but when the men themselves say "why dont you come to jersey?" I would think that they wouldnt invite us to an empty gig.

I would say its a safe bet that its still on since the message only came to me a couple hours ago.

It does NOT take 2 hours! lol...

I went Friday night for Jan; I liked the venue... full of what looks to be frat boys; not guidos... and GIRLS lol. They have an outdoor deck overlooking the river, and the main room is comprable to the size of the main room of pacha, decorated with faux street decor. The sounds not perfect, but not bad either. The parking was free, and all of the staff polite. And with $6 vats of capn' n sprite...I was wrecked on $20.

I'm excited for K&A. The only thing that concerns me is that the regular crowd will run from the trance and flock to the pop deck.

Unfortunately the K&A show isn't going to happen anymore in Trenton, so I took down the thread last night. I'm working on bringing the show to NYC perhaps on Saturday, June 2nd, so stay tuned.
Sorry about all the confusion, but that's how the business goes and I would still like to have these guys play if we can make it happen. Stay tuned; hopefully I'll have some news later today.

Good luck man, but it's two weeks away... NY venues are booked half a year in advance in most cases... dunno... Good luck though..

I knew something was fishy when the thread was deleted. Next time update the thread and write cancelled please because many people still think its on.

Also I would suggest updating the thread on the Philly board too so people know If I drove to NJ for this just to find out if was cancelled I think I would be pretty pissed.

I live 5 min from Philly.
It took us 30 min to get to trenton.
It takes 1 hour 45 min to get to NYC.
Therefore, buy my deductions, It should take 1 hour 15 min.
(Google maps says 1 hr 21 min...I need to speed more lol!)

But train..that's a whole nother story lol!

how about trying pachita or whatever the upstairs at pacha is called. Don't they throw hip hop parties up there.
