recommend me some tracks like...

... DJ Rolando pres The Aztec Mystic - Jaguar.
recently i have seen the fijneman edit in Tiesto's playlists, and liked it. a bit later i came across the original and my god WHAT A TRACk this is! of cource it ownz cor's edit anytime. i really liked the trancey mood in this track, no wonder it had been played by many house, trance, techno djs back in the day. i really like this 'symphonic techno' dont know how to describe that, its probably just a detroit techno style.
i would like to hear more of this style, please, guys, recommend me ANY tracks which are even a little bit similar to this one, some djs, compilations, releases i should check out? thanks in advance.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this thread. Fijneman is getting a turdcake right in the kisser if I ever meet him.

Jeff Mills - The Bells
It's little harder than Jaguar, but has similar hypnotic melody. Also check out some other stuff from Purpose Maker

As for recommendations... try Octave One ft. Ann Saunderson - Blackwater (Kevin Saunderson String Instrumental Mix), or the Vocal Mix if you prefer that. That's the detroit techno tune that most resembles Jaguar that I can think of right now.

You'll probably like Galaxy 2 Galaxy too, which is basically part of the Underground Resistance collective doing jazzy techno type stuff.

I'll be back later with more recommendations.

Despite the fact I'm not really a Detroit expert, I'd like to recommend Rolando - The Aztec Mystic mix. Some nice goodies to be found on it. Oh, and Aztec Mystic - Aguila is a decent track as well.

Heck, you might as well check out most of the earlier UR discography.

As for Cor Fijneman reworking this, I haven't heard it, but it sounds relatively unnecessary, to say the very least.

Picked up this track a while back now, still love it.

Gerald Mitchell - Resurrection

Most things on los hermanos are worth checking out really.

Good call.

As for knights of the jaguar, realise its one of the best tracks out there so it'll be hard to find any as good or better.

so i saw the tracklisting of sander van doorn @ bbc radio 1 yesterday and came across this...
Underground Resistance The Knights Of The Jaguar [Cor Fijneman Rmx] (Spinnin)
WTF SO IT MEANS IS IS SIGNED AND WILL BE REELASED? WHAT A GOOD WAY TO DESTROY THE TUNE
