Okay hears what I know so far. This tune relates to DJ Icey and this other guy who's like friends w/ him I think. W/e, I'm pretty sure this video took place in a West coast club in the States or Miami. 1 or the other. WHATS THE TUNE?!

haha yeah it's old, might be even be from like 2001 or something cause I jumped onto the scene around 02 and I think i remember seeing this vid going around. not too sure though.

i looked up a lot of Icey's stuff but couldn't make anything out
