Alien Abductions are affecting the Economy
While i was in bed this morning, admiring our fine military, I was wondering why so many Tin Foil Companies have recently folded.
So i did some googling, some Wikipedia-ing, and found this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alien_abductions
| quote: |
Michael Menkin, inventor of the thought screen helmet, claims that hed made a breakthrough in January, 2007, when he and an abductee demonstrated that people claiming to be abducted by aliens actually receive a microwave signal. The signal was obtained by taking voltage readings with a standard multimeter from Velostat, the shielding material comprising a thought screen helmet and from the material itself. The material, called Velostat, is made by 3M. |

My thoughts are my own.

Alien Apex Themepark

| OSWELL, N.M. Businesses here have been cashing in on the UFO craze for years _ paintings and replicas of UFOs and space aliens adorn downtown buildings, and even the McDonald's and Wal-Mart are UFO- and space-themed. Now city officials want to take it to another level with a UFO-themed amusement park, complete with an indoor roller coaster that would take passengers on a simulated alien abduction. "Nobody will be harmed and everybody will be returned, hopefully, in the same shape," concept designer Bryan Temmer said Friday. The park, dubbed Alien Apex Resort, could open as early as 2010. The city has received a $245,000 legislative appropriation for initial planning, but the park would be privately built and managed. Requests for proposals will be advertised next month. |
