No, it can't. What would be the special reason for which we allow this thread to stay here? If there's no particular reason then keeping it here would set precedent for people to start using the MD to promote themselves instead of DJ Promotion. DJ Mixes by amateurs (and most professionals) are not supposed to be posted in this part of TA. There is a special DJ Promotion section (click me to go there) that has been set aside solely for people to post their mixes on TA. Hell, you've even posted a mix of yours in that section.
