Getting married
So, I'd like to hear the opinions of all married (and divorced) TAs: When did you get married? How was it? How did it affect the relationship? Is there anything you regret having done?
My relationship with my girlfriend's come to a point where it feels we're going to get married any time soon. I do like my girlfriend a lot, but we both think I'm not ready yet for taking this next step. For example, I'm probably going to live in Japan for a year in September, and that is going to delay my graduation for yet another year. So, yeah, I'm sleepy, melancholic, and wondering what the c0re has to say about marriage.

my friend says that marriage is bad IF you are planning to go see Daft Punk 'cus Daft Punk concerts are one giant 5 hour orgy.
People, especially women don't value marriage these days anymore.

your and her goals and dreams in life?
Regardless....
Im assuming you guys dont live together,if so i would advise you to live with her for a while like @ her place or urs whatever works out and then you will have a marriage like thing going on.
Marriage to me is like something in writing proving you guys are together.......( To me @ aleast )
LOL neways when you will be living with her you will size her up on a much different level than you have already @ this point in time.
Hence you will have a better view on this and will be able to make a much more informed decision.

i enjoyed my married life more than my single life.
then again, i dated the girl for 5 years, moved away for college, moved back 6 years later, then a year after that dated her for 2 more and got married for 2. then she divorced me and is still withholding a reason.
all in all, i say go for it.

I don't intend on getting married.
I'll marry a rich girl, divorce her, take the money then marry someone I love and be able to fund their shopping/music habits.
