Does anyone know how to.....

Gradually blend in the flanger in reason? I have it hooked up to a snare roll and want to bring in the effect about half way slowly, without it just coming in straight away. Thanks in advanced.

im guessing put the flanger to one of the sends in reason's mixer then automate the send knob on the channel the snare is at.

Ah that could work thanks TaylorR. I had a thought of putting it through one of the channels but couldnt think of how. Many thanks Ill try that out.

Anything can be automated in Reason.

1 Create a new empty sequencer track.

2 Select that sequencer track to be "CHORUS/FLANGER 1" or whatever the FX is called.

3 Now you can automate every parameter of that effect.

Can be done with any device in Reason.

Hi Adam thanks for the advice, I'm aware of that though. What I needed was to have the flanger effect come in gradually, but that got sorted using the send function.
