Anyway, Bidor:
Listening on very crap headphones so i hope i can do it justice:
great percs!
some of the effects may have a bit too much bass, might be my phones...
The lead sounds good.
lol, i like the little break and then the switch to a completely different feel!

Well this isn't the type of music i'd listen to or produce so can't really comment on what I'd change, but the track sounds pretty professional and well produced.

Cheers, Alex

haha. not quite tech house. id probably label it under early prodigy style. like rave/techno.

listening - good gritty sound you have here. its dirty yet pretty clear and controlled. arrangement could be better and i think it would work better at a slower bpm.

overall the production is good and it is original, try re arranging it a bit maybe?

rich

I did find my comment useful, I only listen to tunes that are marked with a genre I know something about so I can point out this and that, if they label the stuff incorrectly they're not targeting the right group of people to give them a good/comprehensive review.

Fair enough, but seeing as you took the time to get the track, take a listen, and even REPLY to the thread, it might have seemed worth it to just leave a quick comment about either what you would have labelled it, or something about the production in general. I dont listen to stuff like this either, but I can still say what I like about the track even if I can't say what I would change.

Imagine if you started work on a track of a genre you're unfamiliar with and accidentally posted it labelled under the wrong genre, and the first reply you get from someone is

This is not tech house.

Love Poundin' Sensation KICK

wow bidor!

you've improved alot since your last track (just by judging from the production quality) great sounds, nice hard kick hihat on the kick. (try reversing a tiny hihat before the kick so it sounds like the kick "fades" in a little)

whoa this does remind me of the prodigy.. if you make say a DnB meets Breakbeat remix of it .

whoa acid stuff

lot's of sounds, balanced greatly, good job!

and like rich said, the arrangement might need some work.

(not expecting you to do that, I've never altered the arrangement when ppl commented about that just too lazy)!!

Nota Bene

omg cant post this reply

In Medio Vero Omnium Resideo

ill see what i can do on the arrangement of the tune, but for now i just leave it be as it is, working on about 4 other tunes atm..

i wouldnt mind making a DnB mix of this, but i dont know yet how to make the beats

glad you liked it buddy

how is the "Necromancer remix" doing?

cheers,

Bidor

I really like this track, however there just seems to be a certain something lacking from it. The open hat on the kick doesn't sit right IMO. However, this has LOADS of potential, and when finished will be a top tune.

thanks mate, ill have a look at that "open hat". i think i need to add some pads to the tune to fill it up a bit,

thanks for such a kind reply, feedback is returned as promised

Nice track, the percussion at the beginning reminds me of Andy moore's Year Zero for some reason, the drums and stuff are really well programmed, its technically really nice, and its original too, which rocks. The percussion elements are great, but maybe it could use astronger melody or something? Not sure, but it does feel like it could use something more, I'd probably reach for a big fat synced lead, but you can probably be more original than that
