| From Kenneth Thomas The original is nice. Deep and groovey yet brooding. Nice hypnotic flow to it. |

| From Release Notes DJ Nigel Mack from Panama in South America is better known for his production alias of Van Lazarux - Nigel began DJing when he was 15 in Panama City before quickly securing a residency at the renowned Deep Room. His residency allowed Nigel to play alongside DJs such as Paul van Dyk, Robbie Rivera and Benny Benassi. With his DJ career going from strength to strength, Nigel was in an ideal position to perfect his production skills. Under his alias of Van Lazarux, he has had successful releases on South American labels such as Istmo Music, Dub Tech Recordings, DLA Records and South Recordings. The Van Lazarux sound has been forged by the many musical influences Nigel has experienced - With a unique take on tech-house, he's able to deliver a tough, big-room sound... With just enough funk. Ransom will do well with DJs across many genres - It will appeal to everyone from progressive house DJs up to electro-house DJs. A driving beat coupled with the swirling hypnotic bass line is sure to get some feet moving. Remixes of Ransom come from some of the other rising stars from the South American scene. Phunindustries and Deepjay Project take up on a more electronic journey with the bleepy electro-house versions. Menorah's Breaks Remix will work up a frenzy with a break-beat version, which again will appeal to DJs across genres. Sergio Mix re-works The original mix giving it a big-room trance feel. |

Deepjay remix is my favourite version but each interpretation has something to offer
