To help all those new to trance
Ok, I Understand many people are new to trance now, after all, we were all new sometime and a lot of us got some good help, so in order to save 10000 threads a week asking the same sorta question, I thought we could help everyone & possibly add it to the useful threads/link it to people who do ask
the question - if you were asked to help someone totally new to trance, who would you recommend. this is not your top 10 artists of the moment, but hopefully will give some good names to help those who seriously want to get in properly, so here goes..
1. Art of Trance
2. Man With No Name

5. Andy Cocup - big c, beat foundation (possibly epic-house tho)
6. Lange

Newbies won't see this thread, they'll just create a new one every time asking the same old questions, so I'm afraid that your noble efforts may be in vain.

- Emmanuel Top
- Simon Berry (Art of Trance, Union Jack, Conscious, Poltergeist)
- Man with no name
- Astral Projection / SFX

Nu NRG
Pretty much everyone from Euphonic label (Super8, Mirco de Govia, Ronski Speed, Stoneface & Terminal)

Deserves to be on there you know.
all you need to know is that trance is dead.
I'd honestly tell them not to fucking bother, and just get The Field album instead and play the guess the sample game.
that being said, the more newbies, better chance of flogging a shitload of vinyl I'll never play again
i only have time for nine now.
