Lego Art

Incredible Lego Art

And to think that only an hour ago, I used to consider myself one of the great Lego builders of all time. No more. I have been humbled.

Lego is the best toy that a kid can get for expanding creativity.

Used to have so much fun with lego.

Ooooooooooooh. Lego Art is awesome. I've seen some cool lego art at Ontario Place and Disney World. That's some crazy talent there.

Me too. Lego, and tossing (not collecting) hockey and baseball cards. I have an incredible collection of cards, although most of the corners are damaged. Totally worth it though.

Don't fret. You can sweep up all the pieces when it all comes crashing down. Kinda like the card game "52 pickup".

haha that's not the one I was thinking of LOOOL

Some of his stuff is pretty original. It's good to see a diversion from all the cityscapes and construction equipment (even though those are cooler, because they actually work, they're not just art). They've got a whole event for this, it's called Brickfest:

And some dude actually built a working train set out of nothing but LEGO:

Yeah, it's more on the sweaty geeky engineering side than the artsy-fartsy beatnik side, but I happen to like it that way.

I never had the luxury of playing with Legos till I was like 10 and went to my friend's house. I had a fire truck though :P and teenage mutant ninja turtles
