I'm sure it depends on the label.

If they're lucky, $0.00.

One or two people make more.

it depends on the contract. 50% is a pretty standard rate for gross income from the label's earnings. if, however the track is completely signed off (as in the artists signs off the track 100% ownership to the label) then its usually a flat payment and maybe a smaller share (10-15%) of net earnings.

I know anyway that J00fs biggest producer, Ricky Smith (Digital Blonde) gets nothing for his tracks.

Are you sure his last name is Smith?

Hardly anything...

Because most producers IMO produce for the love of making music and are happy to get their tracks played, and the ease at which someone can make a track drops the asking price of tracks, because there are so many out there. Maybe after youve had a few hit tracks will you see any type of decent pay. At least thats the perception I have...but i still produce =)
