Eric Prydz Finally Coming To Nyc?

From an interview on the main forum
http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...72&forumid=1&s=

What plans do you have for the summer?

-Then Ill do my first US and Canada-tour. Ill play almost every day throughout October and November. Ill travel around in a big tour bus, I saw pictures of it yesterday, its insane with Jacuzzi and a videogame room, music studio and stuff. Itll be a blast. Before Ive always avoided travelling to USA because I hate flying, but now the demand is so big that I cant say no anymore. Im gonna fly in friends all the time, especially to Las Vegas and LA, so Itll probably be lots of fun.

I know that youve said that you really dont like flying. How will you get there?

-To fly over the Atlantic is a lot different from flying in Europe, the airplanes are much bigger and in business class you get your own department, so itll probably go fine. Otherwise Ill have to take the boat but that isnt so attractive since Id be at sea for six days.

What do you do in five years?

Word, you gotta wonder though...for someone like that, why not just do an ableton set and pre-program it? Either way, he'll sell the shit outta anywhere.

i really dont get how some1 can produce soo well, yet can't figure out how to beatmatch two records, seamlessly that is

it puzzles me cuz so much shit goes into a production and not much thought goes into really mixing two diff records together.

maybe its just me?

anyways ill prolly be there. love prydz productions

You and a few others. lol

It's just a different train of thought is all. One thing comes easier to some then others. And for others, both are just as easy.

he has an artist album to promote. Finally grew a pair and decided that the to sell records requires being on the road.

Rumor has it space miami turned him down, he was asking for way too much. First time across the pound and asked for an assload of money, only to hear his tracks, his remixes, and the same discochainsaw. Get a local jock to do a better job for less.

This is sad then because I was think that hes just coming across US just because his popularity has raise during the last year. Mabie him coming along opens for other like Laidback Luke and Bob Sinclar to come over but thats just me hoping.

ah..its a business you release an album and you promote it.

Prydz sucks lately, he needs a 'Proper' kick in the ass. All his recent productions are monotonous and boring, personally, I wouldnt bother.
