WTF... they let Paris out of jail?
I bet she broke down.
EDIT: This news got me angry!!!
They claimed it was for some "medical condition" which they are not allowed to release information about. She will be under house arrest for the maximum sentence now and the judge is holding the sheriff that released her in contempt due to the fact that he outruled house arrest previously.
I dont really care....the only reason I know this is because they were talking about it this morning on a radio show I listen to on the way in to work.
I saw a report BEFORE she was released saying that there was a dangerous and highly contagious staph infection going aruond the jail that has affected 400+ inmates, and that it was resistent to medications.
Maybe that was the reason why?

Looks like there is a chance that she might go back in..
eh, my first thought on this who thing is "who cares?"
but it is unfair for her to be getting out early.
On the other hand, its a little ridiculous that she was even sent to jail in the first place.
A few years ago I drove on a suspended license, got pulled over and basically told the cop, and later the DMV that I never got the suspension notice in the mail. They were cool, and nothing happened. The prospect of going to Essex County jail for 45 days for that offense would seem a little over the top though.
^^^ Yea but this was like her 2nd or 3rd time getting pulled over and she admitted she knew she was driving on a suspended license. She actually got away with a lot until she got time in jail. I totally think the punishment fit the crime. If she was smart she would have stayed in Jail and then maybe just maybe people might show her some respect but damn I am not about to feel bad for her when she is under house arrest.
Paris: Pool Boy rub some lotion on me so I can lay by the pool.
Yea my idea of puishment

she was released by the sheriff whilst the judge was on vacation...today the judge demanded that she come before him again..the sheriff had no right to release her especially as the judge had specified that she be locked up for the time he sentenced her to...
she's going back to jail apparently and the sheriff by all accounts is being fucked over for contempt of court....
