Why the venue change?

where/what is gateway?

Gateway is the old Black Cat on Goger Gumble. Wouldnt it be funny to see you out at a trance night again. Some good times for sure. Hope your well mate.

The venue change was due to an incident there about a week or so ago where there was a shooting outside Tonic. The option came up to do it at Gateway(a bigger and better looking club anyway) and we thought it was for the best.

It has been all over the news here hence the move. Yeah 4 people shot 2 critically. Bikie related.

Oh, it's that. I remember seeing something about bikies/drugs/guns, but didn't hear about the shooting itself.

On a completely unrelated note, since this thread is full of adelaideans (all 3 of us), what's the cheapest cab service in adelaide? I don't care how dodgy as long as I get home in one piece without blowing a fortune on fairs.

they all often make ya wait ages. i usually dont care which one or what price its more of getting one at all thats the problem.

looking forward to this show. since im missing out going to melb with my mates to see armin this weekend.

Haha, yer I don't think I'll be making that. I finish exams and Transformers opens that day so I imagine something with beer and autobots is on the agenda.

Not long now guys. Dont forget Matt will be instore at MTME Records on Prospect Rd next Thursday. Also he will be on Dirty Harry's radio show on Fresh Fm wed night and Electric Therapy with Mal Chia on Thur night also on Fresh.

Still unsure about this one, any word on what kind of stuff he'll be playing? I tried to get some of his recent live sets but all I could find online was his nocturnal show, which was all electrocrap.

What are the chances of tickets being available at the door? ie. if I leave it to the last minute is it going to sell out? I assume no, with it being a thursday night, but...

Tickets will be on the door but they will be $20 instead of $15 pre sold. I have spoken to Matt and what he plays on Nocturnal isnt what he will play here. Yes he will play some electro and progress but it will be trance all the way. Also as its a thursday night we are putting Matt on early, around 12. Hope you can make it, i would hate to miss a legend like Darey based soley on a radio show. Nocturnal for Matt is a chance for him to play a broad spectrum of sounds.

PUMP UP GUYS.

Taranis you missed out majorly. This was one of the best trance shows in Adelaide in ages. The place was fucking rammed and completely rocking. One of Echos best ever and there have been some big echo shows, and on a thursday night.

Adelaide is owning trance at the moment in Aus. Many weekly nights with huge acts constantly over and all well supported.

Big ups guys.

Yeah I heard it was great, kind of sad I didn't get there, but nobody I was with that night was really interesting in coming along
