i've been hearing that they've been trying to do this for about the last 2 years actually...pretty strange concept if you ask me tho, altho its similar to shisha places here in mtl...shisha isnt a problem, but cigarettes?! get the fuck out of here

It says they just have to have a separate the smoking area, so it's not like they're going to get closed down...
