MP3 Renamer

A long time ago this topic came up, dont remember if it was in here or elsewhere (i tryed search all ready) but its just as the tile says. It was a program that renamed mp3's. It would put the proper name and uppercase letters in there. I seemed to have lost it but it was a killer program. The thumbnail looked like a round yellow gear like this

Any of yous remember this, or have it? I would love you for life!

And before you get started on "well if you buy you wouldnt have to" Thats bs. I hate my beatport downloads looking like this
