Plz ID this cheezy tune..

I heard a piece of a track on a cd full of mp3's i was given. Unfortunately it had no ID. It sounds like a remix that takes from the old "Chicago-Hold me". The vocal actually says "hold me.." etc etc. I searched under Chicago-Hold me (remix) in AG but it came up with little to help me

Assistance would be appreciated
