Happy Hardcore in TO?

Ive asked around and I guess happy hardcore isnt too popular here but i was wondering if anyone knew of a club that plays Happy Hardcore (and regularly?)

What ive heard so far is to look out for all age events and they will sometimes play Happy Hardcore? Hmmm doesnt sound too appealing, Then when I saw guvernment's upcoming "Burn the Books" All Ages event, the acid room will be playing some Happy Hardcore....is it true then I'd have to look out for uncommon events to hear some happy hardcore? I always tell people how much of a fan I am of Bonkers (esp. 14 and 15) and how it pulled me into the whole EDM scene..yet I havnt been able to dance in a club to any happy hardcore!

umm...and I dont really want to travel to europe to do so..

Like I mentioned before, keep an eye out for Destiny parties that are held at The Docks every now and then.

I love Happy Hardcore and listen to it just about every day but forget dancing too it...last time I tried I went into seizures.....although I did get a lot of compliments on my sick moves as I laid there on the floor.

lol.. i really have to attend a happy hardcore event at least once in my life, that shit makes me bounce off the wall in any state of mind.. been awhile since i listened to it as well, hixxy kills it though!

I can dance to it for all of about 2 minutes and then I am beat. I like dancing to it at home.....then I get to go really stupid. My dog loves it too....he will dance along with me.

There are events thrown almost every weekend consisting of HHC.
I can find some stuff to post for you. Are you looking for this weekend?

You can go to any arcade, and drop a few loonies in Dance Dance Revolution. That's where I learned all my happy hardcore moves.

oh shit, had to edit. line up has changed.
will post later when i'm not suppose to be working hehe.

TA is really the wrong message board if your looking for HHC events. www.torontoraves.com is your source.

Hullaballoo is a once big rave production company that has stopped throwing parties, but is doing one final anniversary party this summer.

I have heard through the grapevine that these parties are the best happy hardcore around.

I have not ever gone to one though. I'm serious, its not like I used to attend happy hardcore events regularly.
And I honestly don't own the whole Happy 2b hardcore series and know the words to all the best hardcore anthems.

Stop accusing me of being a candy raver, I don't know what you're talking about.

On this board, Michelle (LittlePoonzgirl) would be the person you'd wanna talk to about happy hardcore.

There are many many underground raves (ones with map points and deadlines to arrive at locations to be taken there) that still happen through out Toronto every few weeks that almost always feature happy hardcore.

There was one I know of a month ago... review can be found here: http://www.freetekno.toronto.on.ca/...er=asc&start=45

Anyways, PM littlepoonzgirl, she'll give you heaps of info id imagine.

the last true 'raver' on tota!
