Mavvea - Phantasie Vocal prog[192kbps]

Hey long time no see =)
Ive been quite busy in the studio and havent had any time to do the thing I love the most ... Trance , so today I started recording some vocals and put down my cheese projects and started out a new trance track, would appriciate your toughts on what could improve this =)

Its a proggy vocal track.

wow. great sound. good original instrments. the vocals are good quality... not too much a fan of the lyrics but... the voice fits teh song melodcally... i would love to hear a more dynamic perucssion on this and some use of more experimental sounds.. especillay if you could make that bass more experimental ... i think this sound could get to great lenghts without the vcoals if it would step in to some semi techtrance track... with this bpm but more experimental breakdowns but that melody could be expanded too.... or just some more high freq percussions.... i use these: "..." but i promise im not high.

in concluion yay to the track. nay to the vocal lyrics.

I'm into this.

The sounds used, along with the smoothness of the percs makes for a relaxed track. Something I'd play while reading or loungeing and sippin' on a tasty brew. (That's why I like this so much, because I like to relax and listen to this kind of music)

One thing I'm picky with on vocals is annunciation. Her tone quality is great for the track, but some of the phrases seem slurred. Also, things like 'mah' instead of 'my' (and I don't mean 'myee' either). I just believe that vocals in vocal trance are critical and should be superb in order to carry the quality of the rest of the track.

I look forward to hearing more like this!
