SopCast, a p2p video streaming service. It's just like internet radio, except with video. Someone hooks up their video output to the internet and people can tune in .




wether it be movies, television shows, international television or even pay per view events (UFC ), there are people that just love to share.

of course, you have to adhere to THEIR schedule, and sometimes they might want to fast forward/rewind/shut down, but eh, why complain?

Old news. i watch all my formula one races live on Sopcast

Sopcast is ok, but I prefer TVAnts to watch sporting events.

Joost has a very good selection for UK users, but nothing beats REAL satellite tv

I think I'm going to attend Indianapolis F1 before I go home for good. So if I stay to get my phd I can go any year in the next three but if I decide to leave after getting my masters, I'll have to go next year.

What's so funny is my first bf at school watches f1 and we always bet on who will win and I usually lost because I hearted Michael Shumacher so I always bet that he will win and well, he had stopped winning so much by the time we were making our bets...so haha, I'd always have to clean his apartment and cook for him...we made like 50 bets and I think he won 45. Once, we didn't bet and Michael won.

lol, are you kidding? I was like 5 or 6 when I first watched him race and when he was at Benetton, I was like omg omg omg I know he can win I know he can win...and I thought he was oh oh oh so cute.

Do you know how little those drivers are? They are seriously little people. Most of them anyway.

And yeah, everyone says he is an asshole but I admired his ability to win back in those days and I dunno, maybe he wasn't an asshole until he got to Ferrari. He was kind of like I am if you think about it, very focused and disciplined when it comes to doing what must be done...so that's prolly why I liked him so much.

He's very good at cutting people off and throwing fits when things don't go exactly how he wants either.


He's a great driver but he has an unfortunate attitude some of the time.

lol, is that Jacques Villeneuve or his father? I think Gilles died before i started watching (maybe before we were born) but I liked Jacques, at first. All the Canadians and the French hearted him! But you know, he just didn't seem that extra something...that you need to be really great.

What do you think of this new one? I am very impressed. He went to McClaren when he was 12 and told them he wanted to drive for them someday...

You thought right. I am from India and I've been watching F1 since 1995 when Michael Schumacher was in Benetton. I've been a Schumi fan since day 1 until he retired. After his retirement, I've lost interest in the sport. But I support Ferrari nonetheless

You should. It's a fabulous experience. I went to Indy to watch the race in 2005. I will never forget the gawd-awesome noise of Formula One engines when they revv up at the start-finish line. I'll go again when I can afford it.

1.) You can already do that if you have Winamp. Just go to Shoutcast TV. Not necessarily P2P, but the same accessibility.
2.) Is it cross-OS? No.
