Apparently some group of anonymous artists. Looks like they haxed the system in real time and put there their own signal - the prerecorded nuclear blast.

Noone knows why exactly they did it, though. I guess there was some intention, it's not just a joke.

i bet it has something to do with the American missile shield and the radar they want to build in your country

Oh shut up It's some kind of an informative programme that runs every sunday morning between 7:50 and 8:30, so noone really watches that. It may be useful in winter when they also show there how many centimetres of snow fell in the mountain centres etc.

supposedly all you need(ed) was a powerful enough antanae to over ride the legal signal, LOST style. Now that everything is going digital, i don't know if that's still the case.
